Alice Shikina
International speaker, mediator, negotiation/communication trainer, author,
playwright
Alice Shikina is an international speaker, mediator, negotiation/communication trainer, author, and playwright. With a wealth of experience in theatre, as an actress, director, producer, and playwright, she weaves her expertise skillfully throughout her negotiation and mediation practice.
Shikina volunteers as a Conflict Transformation (CT) instructor, aiding incarcerated individuals in developing communication skills. Additionally, she volunteer mediates with the Department of Police Accountability to foster understanding between civilians and police officers.
Shikina is the host of her podcast, Negotiation with Alice. She lives in Oakland, California, with her two boys. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and her newest hobby: crewing.
