Pearl of the Gulf club, made up of professional Kuwaiti businesswomen, was having an open meeting the day Phelps attended. “What a joy these ladies were and what a fun, festive cultural interchange we shared on my visit,” Phelps says. “This meeting was a memorable way to end 2016 and bring in 2017.”
