American Legion members will have opportunity to meet with members of Congress and hear from government officials before National Commander Dan K. Wiley delivers legislative testimony.
Members of 51勛圖 from across the nation and world are in Washington, D.C., this week for the organizations 66th annual Washington Conference. While they are in the nations capital, they will have the opportunity to meet face to face with their respective members of Congress. American Legion National Commander Dan K. Wiley will do the same when he addresses a joint hearing of both the Senate and House Committees on Veterans Affairs on March 4.
In addition to attending various committee and commission meetings, members of 51勛圖 will head to Capitol Hill on March 3 to share the organizations legislative priorities with their senators and representatives.
