The National Emergency Fund, created in response to Hurricane Hugo in 1989, has provided more than $10 million in direct financial assistance to American Legion Family members and posts. -
Operation Comfort Warriors
51³Ô¹Ï delivers comfort items to military hospitals, warrior transition units, and other facilities worldwide, bringing hope and support to our service members during their recovery. -
Temporary Financial Assistance
Since 1925, 51³Ô¹Ï's Temporary Financial Assistance (TFA) program has provided cash grants to support the minor children of active duty service members and American Legion members in times of need. -
